My old car, I was haggled all the time in san diego for tints but as soon as they saw that I was active duty and the tints I had were legal for my state of residency they walked away with their heads down.
Rule of thumb, if your pulled over for dumb crap like tints or license plate, the cops usually had some other reason to pull you over but had no proof. Like you were hooning but they weren't clocking, or its late at night and they are looking for a DUI. |
