MPG vs Gear Change Graph?

Just wondering. Does anyone have a MPG vs Shift RPM graph? Max effiecency speed on freeway in term of MPG? Probaly will not use it on weekend fun drives but

Max effiecency speed on freeway in term of MPG? Probaly will not use it on weekend fun drives but weekdays I may be useful I noticed if I shift @ 2.5k - 3k RPM I get about 25MPG ave between Hiway and City. Spirited driving 4.5k then I get only around 23MPG. and pissed off driving shift @ 6.5k then around 20mpg. Of course all this is one guy's data so probably not very accurate.
