Dealarship problems anyone know how to resolve?

Cancel that extended "warranty" ASAP and don't go back to that dealer. Have you considered you have an aftermarket flywheel / clutch attributing to the clutch noise? I know it's highly unlikely with 7700 miles but you never know...

I would have left when they started with the financial numbers. They played you like a fiddle. CPO's are not what they're cracked up to be. It's just another used car with a sticker on it to jack up the price.
