2011 370z question

I was reading that the 09 10 had some issues ... did they clear most or all of the issues with the 2011 370z touring?

Oil coolers were standard in 2012+. Not good enough for Track Usage tho. Mine gets to 200 on a warm-iish day (50s-60s) with just cruising shifting at 3krpms (Stock 2012 Cooler)

If you call fixed a recall to replace it with another revision prone to failure

If you have an ESCL in your Z, do yourself a favor and pull the fuse.

In hindsight, I am glad that I picked up a new 2011 instead of the used 2009 I originally went to the dealership to look at. I think the majority of the early quirks were hammered out by 2011. That being said, there are plenty of things Nissan continues to half-a$$ (like cooling system and clutch hydraulics).

You don't need to pull the fuse if your new part number has the D in it. You have the updated modle.

Neither has my '09 although I don't track it and the mileage since purchased new is just under 49K. I installed a pigtail harness to bypass the stupid steering lock, installed a new battery as a preventive maintenance step in 2013 and other than that all I have done is oil and fluid changes on the engine & transmission, refreshed the brake, clutch and power steering fluid and changed the air and cabin filters.
Oh...one problem. I have about worn the shift pattern off of the shifter knob. Good thing I know where the gears are.
