Getting very nervous

In times like these, with phones and other instant email/phone availability, I would just consider it very bad customer service, get my money back and move on.

I would simply no longer have a job, it sort of relies on me answering my phone and responding to emails.

I'm issuing PayPal dispute today. Hope it doesn't take long for my money back. Also going to flame Shine Auto any chance I get, what a joke of a company.
