Go with the stillen gen 3 intake. If you are serious about modding it here's a decent list for you.

Coilovers- kw Varient (personally I was extremely underwhelmed by the nismo suspension) hopefully they took the clips off your springs after delivery... I would check if I were you as most dealers leave these on. look in your wheel well and look at the spring if u see black clips attached to the spring get them off asap

Exhaust- the nismo exhaust is very heavy and can be beaten for performance and weight.
Litespeed titanium exhaust is nice and shaves like 30+ pounds off and adds I believe 14hp
Fast intentions is another popular choice.

Intake- stillen gen 3

Spacers- h and r or kics make good spacers. I believe 20mm front 25mm rear should put them perfectly if you plan to lower an inch or so.
