If it's torque you want, you want turbos. The GTM MHI kit is in your price range, but budger another few thousand for the supporting mods. Then install and tune.

If it's torque you want, you want turbos. The GTM MHI kit is in your price range, but budger another few thousand for the supporting mods. Then install and tune. If you get out under 10k I'd be shocked. Set aside more than than that so you don't have to cut corners. 0-60 might actually be slower than stock since you can't really launch it as well.
