I have a Nismo, but have never driven a touring+sport. I can tell you the road noise isnt too bad IMHO. The rear suspension is very stiff, but it is also a track car driven on the road so you have to expect that. I knew all this before purchasing, but then again I also knew I was going to track this car (like it supposed to be driven) on a regular basis.
With that said, you really can't go wrong either way. Just ask yourself what you want to use the car for most and let that guide your decision. For example: if you plan on heavy mods, then go with touring+sport. If you want a track car now, then go with Nismo. Either way you can't go wrong! Good luck!
