which brand of oil cooler?

Car used to run 200+ in guam normal stop and go city driving. Now its back in ohio and it actually runs a little cold. Highway temls at 70mph on a 90 degree day are about 150, ive beat the ever living hell out of it at the track and it barely touches 200 now. So i need, and recomend a plate.
