Hey go ahead and place the order and have the kit shipped to me FI TT KIT like you and mine will be boosted only one month into the warranty ;-)

I'll send you pictures, post updates, show when it's completed with videos and pictures and of course even let you come drive the hell out of it when you come see it!

I think most of us are probably running a little low on extra funds after buying the cars I know I am. I'm trying to piece my mods little by little even though most need to be done all at once.

Like the M370, mid and X pipe, spray, headers with uprev tune should be done at the same time.

Actual order will probably be uprev > X and Mid > retune > m370 > retune >headers > retune >spray >retune

Then 5 years from now after all has been completed probably have enough market saturation of turbo kits to be able to boost her.

TBH If boost was the number one priority we would probably be in a different forum...

Just missing with you guys! I did the same thing, went N/A for the first year and did the bolt ons. I had some expendable coin so I took the big leap. No need to put yourself in financial trouble when you have an awesome car already!!!

I really want to buy the injen CAI. But as I'm shopping , all the z products say 09-11 or 09-13 . Is there a difference on the 15 nismo than any previous nismo or base models ?

Yes but just in the front bumper you'll be fine with an injen I believe my takeda barely fit but I made it work. gen 3s will probably be a tight fit as well. The only thing that changed is the front bumper and how close the bumper top support is to the actual metal beam across the bumper. Injen should be underneath that part but I can't say 100% more like 90%.

Stillen Gen 3's fit no problem I wouldn't call it a tight fit at all just normal.

Is there really a worthwhile benefit to a tune on a stock car? I thought this was best to do after at least a couple engine/exhaust mods to help bring it all together.

A tune will always help a car whether it's stock or not just like I test drove an evo today and it felt like driving a an Altima S 4 cyl... However according to one of the guys I know who is a tuner all he would need to do is make some adjustments to the tune and the car would really pick up. If the evo's really drive like that and any Nismo Stock vs Stock gets beat. The Nismo owner might want to get his car checked out lol

After the salesman got out and asked I was like ya no... You were in the car and he said the same thing it was very basic sluggish felt like any 4 cylinder non turboed. I even checked just to make sure there was one there lol

Anyway just an example. The base tune is just all "safe" a tune from my understanding and I have done A LOT of research into this pushes and removes some of the safeties put in place. Allowing better throttle responses, better ignition timing and even better fuel economy. Otherwise why would someone tune something like a frontier. Typically they tune for better MPG and overall performance.

If I'm wrong please someone correct me. I don't know everything just do a lot of reading and research before making a decision on how or what tune I will put on my vehicle etc. Along with that research came the other information about regular family vehicles being tuned that I never would have thought of.

So short answer should be yes a tune of a stock Z should increase cars performance without mods maybe not drastically but you get the idea
