Cooling A Nismo or Z 'Sport' Model

I have been wondering if anyone has changed their radiator to a larger one with built in oil cooler? In my outlook anyway, I believe the 'coolant' cooled oil coolers

In my outlook anyway, I believe the 'coolant' cooled oil coolers are most efficient year round, especially in the winter..... I'm not familiar with aftermarket parts suppliers for Nissan's. I wish there were a list of reputable suppliers...I do know DeWitts makes some mighty fine rads for Vette.
