"So far, I found out that the Canadian part manager said the stalk will not work on our Z because the their stalk only work for Canadian BCM module."
That is an incorrect dealer statement (not surprising). The BCMs, left body wiring harness and main wiring harness change almost every year, but the control
stalk remains the same part number. In 2010, the USDM and MEXDM BCM part numbers matched. Basically, if you have the rear fog light wiring in your left body wiring harness, it should work.
