A tune is recommended with the above.

CAI, LTH's or test pipes and CBE - TUNE needed.
When you use all 3 together. A tune is needed to bring the A/R back.

I live in the subs lol. might not be the nicest suburb city but i can say that my car is safe on the curb if i left it over night.... or so i think. and so since im already getting LTH, and have CAI with CBE i WILL need a tune. got it.

What LTH's you going with? FI and PPE are the best. Who's installing them? Figure on an hour or so for the passenger side. About 6+ hours for the driver side, plus lots of cussing.
