Took the family (one at a time of course) out driving tonight. My daughter squealed. My wife screamed, my son laughed excitedly then just got jealous.

You know, there is really something to be said for a mid-life crisis.

The engine and power are what I expected having driven several highish horsepower cars.

But the handling... I know its an oxymoron, but brute-finesse.

Friggin' nice car.

The best part though, is being able to sell the bloody geritol-infused Volvo. I've hated that damn safety-first car for 5 years. It spoke to me every day. "Slow down, SLOW DOWN" it said. Good riddance.

Look forward to chatting with you folks. And to the nice folks at Stillen. The last fun users group I belonged to was Contour SVT owners (don't laugh. That was a raucous, angry, go-fast little tuned BMW killer. Loved it.) Look forward to conversing with passionate owners again. I put a sign on the road in front of my driveway letting my neighbours know there is something new in the neighbourhood. A 15 foot long black number 11.

I'll exit this intro note with my 15 year old daughters warning. "Dad, if I were you, I'd watch out for the po-po." Good advice.
for you!!!
Lol on the 11s
I save those for places OUTSIDE my neighborhood just sayin'

This forum is not only informative but the members are fun and helpful (for the most part)
Looking forward to chatting it up

Oh yeah:
