First, welcome to the best forum on the interweb and congrats on your new-to-you Z...
Second, any axle-back exhaust that you choose WILL NOT void any warranty (as long as the exhaust didn't cause a direct failure of something). For example, you install your exhaust and the clutch explodes. Since these two items are not related at all, your clutch would be covered. Mine is still covered under an extended warranty until 2020 and I have installed a CBE (cat-back exhaust), HFC (hi-flow cats) and CAI (cold-air intake) and I have no worries that if something failed that was not related to these modifications, I am golden...
