If possible, I would really like to see some pictures of your combination of PG/Persimmon. It sounds like a great combo but I'm a little conservative and am looking at black interior. Thanks!

Don't forget us when you get the car! I'm about to make a deal and might not be able to wait to see your pics. We'll see you shares first. Congrats on the purchase!

What did the dealer first offer and did you work on the final number or a number plus TTL and that is how it worked out?

The dealer quote was $35800 from the start but I talked them into paying the TTL. Guess I got lucky. Maybe because I was telling them I was shopping with 10 other dealers. Guess it helps to deal with a lot of dealers.

Sounds good, I might be able to pull a similar deal, I brought my sister from one dealer over to the one I am working with. I hope to get them to pay TTL since she was about to sign at the other dealership.
*Note: She did get a bit better deal at the place I am working with also.

And I'm sorry, but if anyone pays more than MSRP for one of these (hell, even much above invoice), you aren't shopping around, or you don't know how to buy a car.

My favorite lines, "I talked them down to MSRP, but they wouldn't budge anymore. So I just said, 'ok'." - sure they will. People forget the ultimate weapon when car buying: get up, and leave. They have your number, and they will call. There's a dealer here near Baltimore practically begging me to buy one right now at MSRP, and I haven't even begun haggling the crap out of them yet.

I just put a deposit down for a special order.

Model: Base
Color: Black/Black
Transmission: 7AT
Sport Package
Mats
Illuminated kick plates
Splash guards

Price: $30,740

Price after TTL and Shipping: $34,125

Waiting time 45-60 days

Talk to/visited over 30 dealers total. got 500 under invoice plus free splash guards and kick plates, making it about 825 under invoice. Most were offering it at invoice. DO NOT pay more than invoice. If a dealer offered me that, I wouldnt even give them the time of day until the relented. They are competing hardcore in the LA/Orange County areas for your business. Use that to your advantage.

PM me if you need more info...

Default Houston area-VPP price at Sterling McCall

After 5 dealers, 2 gave me firm offers for VPP pricing. Sterling McCall Nissan and David McDavid Nissan. Bought from Sterling McCall because a better trade in offer. Go see Stephen Baker at Sterling McCall. He's straightforward and treats you right without the typical sales gimmicks & tricks that I experienced at Baker Jackson South.

I just drove home my new Monterey Blue Tour MT 370 tonight. MSRP of $35490, VPP plan D price of $32765.88. Added TTL and my new baby is tucked in the garage right now.

Manuf Options: floor mats & splash guards.
Dealer Adds: window tint and Illum Kick Plate (did not have to pay because of VPP price doesn't allow dealer adds to be put in VPP price) and no, they did not tack that in anywhere else in the buyers order because I was looking for it.

Hope this helps others out when they are shopping for their new ride
