So Caesar and I installed the Akebono sport-package upgrade on his Z last night.

Install was fairly straight forward barring my own mistakes, like installing the wrong side caliper once. lmao

However, the calipers are a beautiful fire orange, not to be confused with the red on a 40th.

The only issue currently is the rear brake shields...
...apparently SOMEONE (me) didn't cut / clear enough space... so Caesar had to drive home with a scraping sound on his new rotors, eek sorry buddy!!

And lastly, a big thank you to Ceasar for sponsoring my car habits ($) was unexpected and very much appreciated!!

Nice! Orange like the Brembos on the 350z? I wish Nissan would've kept those on the z34

Nahh, it's somewhere between the red of the 40th and the orange of the 350z brembo.

Do you like them just for the color? Mike the powdercoater has good rates and can get them to be any color.

Yeah for the color. The calipers look better to me as welI. I don't have enough experience with either car to comment on the performance.

If my calipers start to look shoddy ill get them powder coated a different color but for now they're fine.

I'm going to be out riding this Sunday. But I'm going to catch you guys next Saturday at the Supercar Saturday show. Hopefully have my spacers delivered and installed by then! I have to talk some more to you guys before I order up my exhaust system too!
