Yeah they shouldn't charge you a whole lot. I cant say for sure but with other similar scenarios at other shops ive seen about 100-200 for this sort of thing.
They are about 2 hours from me so about the same. They may just have you datalog and then adjust it via etune. Probably don't even need the dyno really. I bet your fuel isn't trimmed right or something with the AFR's are off which is why you cut power up top. I don't know though im not a tuner.
