I don't know which day the midnight run is, but I'm sure the sober drivers can find seats for the others that can't (for one reason or another) drive. It is a public road with a decent road surface. You do not have to drive it much over the posted speed limits to have a fun time. Our early morning hot runs are interesting, driving at 90% of limits. I respect the mountain and the other vehicles. Never know when someone is going to be crowding your lane. Whatever you do, you have to try and NOT cross the center line! The police do not let that go! Big ticket, from what I hear.

My dad and I sure did slow you up last year! We were a little faster by the end of the week though. You won't have to babysit us this time around.

What day are you headed down?

I was happy to take it easy to help you two become more comfortable with the road. You did improve over the week! You'll be much more comfortable this year.
