That's not a bad price. The ECU in the Z may be able to automatically compensate for changes in the air/fuel mix, I guess I would be more worried about

The ECU in the Z may be able to automatically compensate for changes in the air/fuel mix, I guess I would be more worried about not changing the intake. You're letting more air out of the engine with the exhaust, but you aren't letting any more in with the stock intake. I'm not concerned about gaining hp, but I wouldn't want to lose any.
