Never heard my car rev'd or scratched. To bad those folks did ya like that. Treatment like that is almost a boycott situation for folks on the forum. The seed of doubt. I would certainly let the service manage know. In the past Hall is the only Nissan dealership that Z's from all around go to....even when there are closer options.
