I did talk to my guy though..he said it was revved but definitely not to anything that high. He was trying to figure out what exactly your car had going on as far as all you have done to it so that he knew what he was working on. As for my car I had my guys look at it and it is definitely the slave cylinder causing the clutch to go. So it's all covered under warranty! Will have it done by next Monday at the latest Oh and thanks for the congrats.

Is your slave cylinder being covered under the powertrain warranty?

I didn't ask questions after I was told it was covered. I just asked which company and Nissan is covering it so either that or the fact that when they replaced the clutch under warranty at 20K theh didn't touch the slave cylinder which they should have. I've only put 1000 miles on my car so I am extremely happy!

The Nissan service manual actually says to replace the CSC every time the transmission is pulled because dust can slip past the seal when the transmission is pulled back. The CSC on my Z was replaced under warranty by the previous owner at 16k miles. I bled my clutch out last month at 30k miles and there was some dust in the fluid. I plan to bleed it out at least every year for now on.

Voice59, what clutch/flywheel/slave cylinder are you running?
