I plan on showing up to an empty parking lot but at least I'll enjoy the drive. I have a doctor checkup appointment at 9am but soon as I'm out of that I'll be heading up.

finally got my all season tires put on so I've no fear.

chieuxuan 01-26-2013 07:05 AM

See you there Kevin

that is the proper way to do it.. thats also why i said you need hog ring pliers.. so u can re attach the seat cover properly... its not bad at all to do.. iv done many many of them.. it takes about a hour or so to remove the seat covers and install the heat element and put it back together.. maybe about 30 min more to wire it up.. let me know when u do it and i can come down and get it done for you. u will be suprised how easy it is..

Be there late

dmhenderson 01-26-2013 09:52 AM

Late night last night plus too much salt and goo on the roads. Sitting this one out. See you in two weeks.

shadoquad 01-26-2013 11:46 AM

Did some driving in the STI after its oil change. Added some pics of it at Loch Raven http://www.the370z.com/members-370z-...ml#post2131889

Loch Raven was very icy. It's already a challenging road on dry days, but having ice patches on the road made it challenging at much lower speeds.

I also drove the test drive loop up by my dealership, which is a fantastic drive. I posted it in the Bucket List thread http://www.the370z.com/mid-atlantic-...ml#post2131884

Brother, that would be awesome, I'll supply the Corona and Pizza, we'll get it done in no time, we're only doing 2 seats, the only other time I did this was on an eclipse, and it took me all day, it was a b1tch!

That's like me during the week. Go to bed at 12-1 and get up for work at 7. I like to catch up on sleep during the week, but even 1:30 is late for me.

Masa, I didn't go to Iron Age last week. I went to Woomi
2423 Hickerson dr, Wheaton 20902.

Masa 01-26-2013 10:15 PM

I've never tried that place, its right across from the mall right?

Is it buffet style or like Honey Pig where you order normally?

chieuxuan 01-26-2013 11:11 PM

It's not a buffet restaurant, you order just like Honey Pig. It's near the mall.

sounds good man, i dont drink but i would be happy to help.. everything the first time takes a lot longer. after doing it a few times you learn tricks to make it go faster.. on a lot of cars the seats dont need to be fully taken apart.. it all depends on how the seat cover is attached.. sometimes you have to take the back and the bottom apart and totaly seperate the 2 in order to remove the cover.. but i will show you some cool tricks to getting it done..

Easiest thing to say to someone offering Corona to you. Well done!

Seriously, though, I think it has its place. Sometimes I just wanna pound a few easy-drinking beers, and as much as I love me some Loose Cannon, two of those would put me out. A nice crisp lager or pilsner goes down real easy.

I went to Lowes trying to buy those Hog ring pliers, they were outta stock and the one they had was sh1t anyways, im gonna buy it online.

m4a1mustang 01-27-2013 03:38 PM

So, I sold the horse today. Now I get to play with the S2000 until the C7 comes out.

eastwest2300 01-27-2013 04:03 PM

Hell yeah, you got rid of the junk, and have a superb DD in the s2000.

Yeah right. My 5.0 was the most capable performance car of all I've had so far. The only reason I chose to sell it is because I've had it the longest and it'd be traded for the C7 anyways.

Whatever, you're a Honda fanboy anyway so I'm always gonna take your Mustang opinions with a grain of salt.

At least you are not trading it in for the C7, they will low ball your horse pretty bad:tup:;) btw, do you know the exact date when the C7 will be available? I can't wait to see that bada$$baitch:excited:

m4a1mustang 01-27-2013 06:06 PM

No exact date yet but it should be late summer/early fall.
