Yup, I picked these same radios up as well. For the money, hard to beat.

We still need to test and see if we can communicate with each other from our apartments. Probably not because of the trees.

FYI there is some weirdness when selecting channels to work with lower end radios... I'll charge mine to see if I can remember what it is. :P

OH! These have sub-channels and cheaper handsets just use sub channel 1.

last cruise we couldn't use 3:70...

had to bump down to 3:38 or something to accommodate the other radios..
