Wish I could have made it out to say hello, but had to go into work for training BS.
You guys were in my backyard, I'll have to give you guys some roads to hit other than York rd. Like 851 into lineboro, then down falls road then make your way to Hooters.
Looks like everyone had fun, maybe next time.

Hey guys, I got linked here from Keith (SuperchargedG) from over at the 350Z forum. If you plan another cruise/meet in Shrewsbury shoot me a PM beforehand and I can offer a hook-up at the northern meet up point. I own Big Apple Bagels in Shrewsbury, PA in the shopping mall just across the main road from Starbucks (Wal-Mart Plaza with huge parking lot).

We have all the same drinks and coffee as Starbucks, plus breakfast and lunch foods. I can even work up some special pricing for people attending the meet.

Also, I am a supporter of the platform. I have an '05 350Z that is all show and all go (when it doesn't blow motors) with a built motor, TT and many other mods. It should be back on the road in a month or so depending on the tuner.

I am also very familiar with some of the country back roads that are a complete blast to drive out in farm country. I am hoping to set up a LNR (late night run) in that area sometime after ZdayZ. Either way, its great to see other enthusiasts in the Mid-A

We would love to have both of you join us next time, and if we do a similar PA-MD run again, we'll stop at Big Apple Bagles instead of Sbux!!!

You guys go to Cecil Co Dragway often? I've been there about 3 times in the last 5wks and haven't seen one 370 there. Usually a Friday nights after work or sat if I'm not doing anything else.

That was my first and only time at any drag strip. I probably won't be going back there since its like an hour away. If I feel like hitting the strip, I will probably go to Capitol Raceway since its only 15 mins away. Brian went there and said it was alright.

I got ya. I moved into the area last summer and Cecil is about 20-25mins away from me. When I used to live in NJ I was 5 mins from Englishtown. I must say, Cecil is cool for the fact that you can literally stand right next to the cars at the starting line. Kinda feels like illegal street racing lol. I find myself taking a few steps back on cars with NOS or heavily modded...LOL

Yeah that was pretty cool, although I don't really have anything to compare it too. It's also pretty chilled out and not crowded so you can go as many times as you'd like. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't rent out helmets. Luckily I was able to find some people nice enough to let me borrow their helmets.

It was funny when I first pulled up asking about the helmets, the guy said they don't rent them and that I probably wouldn't need one any way. Then I ran a 12.986 and they said I would need to borrow one from someone if I wanted to go again

damn 12.986!!!! That's awesome for a first time. You know it's all downhill from there. I still haven't run mine yet but I doubt I will get into the 12's considering I'm MT. Congrats!

Wink What's going on with Darren & Lance?

Brian,

those pics turned out great!

Darren looks like he is up to no good in that pic; Lance clearly appears to be invading Darren's personal space and he is completely like "in your face" about it

Thanks! Yeah I know, everything just went perfect for that run. I wanted to go to get a baseline for my future mods, but I don't think it worked out so well
