Its a very nice setup. Great atmosphere. The best part is you have no cell signal or wifi anywhere except for the lodge lobby, which forces you to just sit back and relax.

That is something that needs upgrade for all the Events that they do!

Why? I prefer not having connectivity while im there for most of the time. I you want yo check your email or make a call just walk up to the lodge. Otherwise just put you phone up, grab a beer, and have a good time.

Well the main problem is with the phone signal. I can check email every other day. Even at the lobby the phone signal is a problem!

Well, I guess if you really need to make a phone call the front desk has land lines available.

if you have verizon they have a hotspot up at the lodge where you can get service using their internet connection. also, there is wifi at the lodge and most of the other FVR buildings such as the restaurant and dining hall. i'm with juno tho, let people know FVR's # and they will get in touch with you. bryan posted a few days ago on my350 that there is still about 30% availability so if you want to make a reservation i would definitely call and let them know you are coming to participate in the event.

It's nice to have a few days out of the year where I can't be reached.

I just brought up the issue in case of an emergency in your family while you are there, thats it.

Judging from their web site they are full up....

The website is cranky. It showed full but if you call there is still availability. But you need to call ASAP because like I said accommodations were VERY scarce when I called.

Definitely call. They have discounts for ZdayZ... and I think they block off rooms for attendees so the site won't show everything available for us.
