For the bolt by the steering linkage, you'll need an 3 feet worth of 1/2 inch extensions, two impact swivel joints, and a breaker bar. Soak the bolt in PBlaster for a day, spray every 3 hours. Play around with how you connect all the extensions and swivels to make the proper Frankentool. You'll go in through the front of the engine bay.
