Mishimoto Oil cooler
It really depends you choose a engine oil cooler that best matches your climate and what temperatures you normally see in the seasons. Running too cold with the VQ37HR engine isn’t good for the life...

If this is truly the case you will need a 34 row. The 19 or 24 won't cut it. Even with a 34 row I can get to 240 real easy. Keeping your oil temp at 195 to 210 is not very realistic. You will get...

Mishimoto Oil cooler
There is a thread somewhere on the forum about one member losing a motor because of the Mishimoto sandwich plate o-ring. Just a heads up. The going consensus is either the Z1 or the FI coolers for...

Mishimoto Oil cooler
I bought a Mishimoto magnetic oil drain plug shortly after I got my Z years ago. With barely any force the head snapped off on the second oil change leaving the shank and magnet threaded in my oil...

I say stay stock. The factory oil stabilizer will work just fine for you since you don't track the car and are way up North. Spend your money on something else like exhaust and intakes.

Mishimoto Oil cooler
I would never put any Mishimoto parts on my Z never. Mishimoto parts are made in China good luck. My second Z had a Mishimoto 19 row oil cooler already installed by the previous owner and after...

Fluid shopping opinions
I've always been leery of the 3rd party sellers on the Walmart site. You have to assume that WM has done some kind of rudimentary background check on these sellers, but if they do that as well as...

That pretty well sums it up. I'd snag a bottle at the local WallyWorld for that cheap - can always take it back if it turns out to be worth that little and not just a good deal - but not from an...

What would cause my clutch oil to be low?
I suspect a lot of the people who deal with premature CSC failure are in stop-and-go traffic, and push their clutch pedal all the way to the floor.

It is inevitable it will fail the question is when will it than will it fail. Definitely replace the whole unit or better yet delete it. The Z Speed Performance CMAK would be my first choice on the...

Fluids are incompressible. In terms of static system (holding the pedal down constantly) you will feel the same force at the same pedal displacement. The only difference is in dynamic feeling. A...

Just don't forget this logic when you get stranded somewhere when your CSC fails when you least suspect it.

I would recommend not replacing the CSC, but delete it with the ZSpeed or Z1 kits. I went through 2 of them before 55k miles before I wised up.
