My advice is buy the old style reservoir, the ‘new’ style has a lot of problems with fluid cavitating due to that restriction within the res along with a good bit of noise. I literally replace these...

1600 miles isn't much. I wouldn't expect it the catch can contents to be very milky in that time unless the change interval is fairly large (like >6 months) :twocents:
