If you're set on OEM, the cheapest would probably to find someone that's replacing their stocks with aftermarket. You can usually find them pretty cheap second hand.

For me what had happened is that the body panel came loose and was rubbing against the chassis when I turned left. The mechanic tightened the body panel and I was all set. Took about 35 minutes....
