double check which stub axles the Tomei lsd needs. Open diff stub axles are different lengths than VLSD stub axles.

I bleed my clutch the "normal" way also, and didn't have any issues. Replaced my MSC and CSC. Only issues I had was adjusting my RJM pedal. maybe I was one of the lucky ones.

There's a good chance that your current test pipe wont have the donut crush gasket. Few aftermarket test pipes have revisions for it. I've used 3 different test pipes with various 3 bolt gaskets...
