The newer headers will fit. Unless you are doing the install yourself, with friends, or have a hook up on labor, it can be very expensive and might not be worth it depending on price.

I didn't have to. I don't think I'm moving enough air in N/A form to need injectors. But I am running GTR injectors currently, in preparation to go flex fuel on my next retune.
