I think it just makes the roadster look so much better & it stands out from all the ones without. I haven't seen another roadster with a spoiler, but I haven't seen too many other roadsters either.

If you are using satellite then it will work just fine. But for AM/FM you could see a decrease in reception depending on how far away from the station you are or the lay of the land.

I don't know exactly but it was just over 2K. I got it from the dealer that sold me the car. It is a third party warranty. I made sure that they said it covered the top (not the canvas) all else.
