Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Had a nice drive out to the river town of Galena, walked around and bought stuff from some antique stores, got engaged, and played tag on I-90 with two you-tubing idiots in a mustang and durango...
