Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

yeah right. I actually havent seen the guy since he started 4 years ago lol. He works the shift opposite of mine so our paths never cross.
