Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Once you get use to it you need more. I wasn't lying when I said it is an addiction.
