Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Video of Wuhan shows an abandoned city, there is no one on the street. People maybe inside, but I doubt it. There is also video of a guy falling over dead by some kind of a terminal and no one shows...
