Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Built four 8'x3'x2' planter boxes, two on legs. Moved 16 wheelbarrows of mulch. Power washed the driveway to get rid of the remaining dirt. Carried a newly-delivered rowing machine into the basement....
