Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

I would say it was bad she was down for 4-5 days she got all the symptoms but she did have to go through respiratory failure or intubation unlike her in laws. Both had to go intubation...
