Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

I had my goatee since 1993 and it had been shaved once for my wedding and once for mother's day. I finally admitted it had to go last year. now I just grow out everything and look like a wild hobo...
