Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

Also. What was eDubz saying? I don't see a single gap anywhere. It's flush along the base. It's secured and doesn't wiggle anywhere. The tips are aligned perfectly and nothing it peeling away. ...
