Nope.......just wrapped the empty plugs in plastic to prevent water getting in. I also bought gutter leaf guard at the big box store, (it's steel dipped in plastic, still looks good after years) to dress the empty holes. ( Cut to shape, and Installed from behind the facia with JB Weld. )

btw... the Father's Day card selection was so poor I wound up getting and editing a Birthday card for dad. My mom thought the selection was so bad she didn't even get him one :shakes head:
