You need to have your MAFs scaled for 3" intakes. So either tuning, change your intakes to ones that have proper sized piping to not upset the MAFs (Stillen, AEM, etc) or back to stock.

Theoretically, yes. But unless someone's transmission (and possibly engine and differential) mounts have that much play in them, I don't foresee it adding too much stress.
