    The way you done it looks like you left some of the plastic blinker cover. I do not think the smaller will fit/fill the housing as well as the larger size. Mine fit flush with the housing so no need...

    If you dont speak of problems how can anyone learn from them or fix them? I have also never had to call a tow truck mine has always re-primed. Not to mention a 35-40k sports car should not get stuck...
