Thanks for this. yes it was an enjoyable trip and do hope to do this or similar sometime soon. I must say though after 4-5 hrs it does help to get out of seat and walk around for awhile.
We weren't able to take the Z around Superior last week, just had too much camping gear.
Sorry to hear of your wife's issue, that must have been painful.
My wife has a sciatic nerve problem that bugs her, and she was probably happy to not have taken the Z around the lake.

Impressive trip. Wife cannot do that long in the Z since she broke her pelvis. Wanted to take Z to Yellowstone last month, but, figured that is a little too much for wife. About longest is to Door County. Live in Wyoming Township, just outside of Forest Lake.

My wife calls the Z, my mistress. For all the time and money spent on it.

Do not settle for anything. You want the car to be in the same condition as you drove into the dealership with.

On a 11 month old car I would insist they replace the calipers with new ones. I would not settle for anything less and am surprised they have taken this stance.

It certainly doesn't depress me. The Z car is an absolute pig in Minnesota winters. I own the car because it's fun to drive. But....it's only fun in the non-winter months. Mine is garaged starting...
