I have MCA Reds, they are a great coilovers and it is comfy in street, specially on soft setting. Having them as local to you is a plus.

Probably not. There isn't a whole lot to gain unless you need it to handle more power. Light flywheel will make revmatching faster, but other than that you probably won't notice much difference...
