Dispute it with your credit card company as they're not giving you the "Exact" product that you ordered. They're trying to bully you into accepting their conditions using the restocking fee scare...

Did you pay with a credit card? I'd say you've done enough on your end. I'd call your CC company and ask to issue a chargeback. And go ahead and tell us which vendor it is so we can avoid them. ...

OMG! This happen to me yesterday, the clutch petal but stuck and it wouldn't come back to the normal positions. I took it to my mechanic and they flushed out the fluid and put the fluid that they use...

its not a matter of if, but a matter of when.. if you're driving a manual.. replace the csc/cmc on YOUR terms, not on your Z's terms.
