Found a diff shop today. They will mount and unmount and put wheels back on car and powder coat for $420 for all 4 wheels. I don't think that's a bad deal!

Looks like a wrap. I wouldn't have done the skirts.

Let's leave the how and why alone. At this point it doesn't matter. Let's focus on the remembering Kyle and Tanner.
