I originally was in AZ which did not require smog testing at all, and now am in PA. The county that I'm in does not require sniffer tests, and the shop that I go to for inspection builds dragsters so...

Thanks I know what they are for however like it or not they still make some difference to the overall sound There will be a difference between say a hfc and cbc vs a res hcf and 18" res cbe there...

I ordered the Carbon Fiber i love the exotic sound more than the deep deep sound. Also i think it will look great on my Pearl White, #606 pics coming soon!

Everything you need comes in the box. No adjustments needed. If anything maybe a slight push on the tips to line up perfectly. I did this since I'm a bit anal and OCD with stuff like that lol
