Look up 73draggy on YouTube. He built his VR38 engine from a rejected/recalled long block. It's pretty neat with his attention to detail... almost OCD! I'd like to slowly build something like this on the side one day. It won't be anything too crazy - maybe a Stage 1 which can handle 600 whp or so.

DIYing a tt install is not for the faint of heart, unless you have no problem dropping the motor. It's not required, but it makes it a lot easier.

And it means that we'll have a large sample size of results on boosted Zs. For those (myself included) who are on the fence waiting for more end user feedback, this is huge.
